Chef Alain Marcotullio created the world’s largest quiche on November 22, 1997 in Paris. He used 1,928 eggs, 125 quarts of milk, 134 pounds of butter, over 140 pounds of flour and a whopping 156 pounds of bacon.
It took him over 18 hours to bake the quiche, which fed more than 125 people.
